IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT TO EU MEMBER STATE COUNTRIES
We are very sad to inform you that as from 11th April, 2024 we have been forced to make the decision not to send merchandise to supporters based in EU countries.
This is due to ongoing post - Brexit shipping issues beyond our control.
Despite us being fully registered to collect taxes in EU countries, sadly our customers are being charged excessive extra tax amounts on delivery of their parcels as well as parcels regularly going missing en route or being sent back here to the UK by customs departments.
This will only apply to physical shipments, Virtual Gifts can still be ordered as normal.
We sincerely apologise to our EU friends and supporters for the inconvenience caused by this situation and will do everything we can to try to resolve this situation as soon as possible.
